SHIPPING

Within the Contiguous U.S

All shipments will receive a tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of that email for full tracking details to populate.

Please be sure to double check your address as Thin Blue Wick Candle Company is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package is "Returned to Sender", Thin Blue Wick Candle Company is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied, please send us a message at hello@thinbluewickcandlecompany.com and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.

DAMAGES

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped, and are always adequately packaged with handling & transit in mind. While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact us at hello@thinbluewickcandlecompany.com with a photo of the damaged product & shipping box within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product. In most cases, a replacement is sent once the claim has been initiated & approved.

MISSING PACKAGES

Once a package has been passed off to the mail carrier, Thin Blue Wick Candle Company is no longer responsible. If a package is marked as 'Delivered', but you are unable to find it, you must reach out to your local UPS/USPS to assist with tracking it. Unfortunately we are unable to do anything on our end. The carrier will most likely request you submit a claim. Should you need any additional information from us to process said claim, we are more than happy to assist.

VARIATIONS

All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients, so variations are expected. Each and every product we make is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:

Candles

Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot on a candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in between the wax and the jar. This is a natural occurrence that can happen when candles go through changes in temperature (going from an air-conditioned home/car to a hot, humid mailbox or vice versa). These "wet spots" do not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.
